• New Anthropic-inspired Mneme design system with paper canvas, graphite text, memory purple, and evidence green.
• Real TUI screenshot as the homepage’s primary proof asset.

• Rebuilt the static site from a shared semantic HTML shell instead of the old VitePress output.
